Debt Collectors Reported Most by Consumers, FTC Says

The Federal Trade Commission completed its annual study of debt collection practices required by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Debt collection retains its role as the dubious leader of all industries complained. At an alarming rate, debt collection dominates the financial industry generating the most complaints.

I agree with you, it is really true that debt collections dominate the complaints list in the financing industry, and on my own perspective, this is due to uneducated debt collectors. It is very important that this individuals are well-equipped with the things that they are doing and that they should follow their strcit standards! If only trained well, these debt collectors could help solve debt collection problems.
